Order Details
Most orders placed before 12 pm Mountain Time ship same day Monday through Friday, except holidays. Some orders may require up to two business days for order processing.
Subject to order verification, fraud checks, and extenuating circumstances.
Tents used at Burning Man are ineligible for return. Tents purchased before burning man and returned after burning man in new, unused condition, are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. All returns must be delivered within 30 days of the original shipment being received.
